Welcome! We are Shaun and Suzie Hayes, a husband-and-wife management team both born and raised in the Finger Lakes. Early in our relationship we recognized our mutual love for traveling to new places and creating memories. After many family trips, we found ourselves always retreating to our property in the Finger Lakes. While raising our family here we have discovered the beauty and adventure offered locally in our region!

We bought our lakefront home in 2008 as both a family vacation spot and an investment property. With about two decades of experience in this industry, we have learned the ins and outs of this business and what it takes to own a successful rental property. We soon realized the large undertaking owning a rental home can be and the lack of time most people have. With the years of our experience, we decided to create Kith and Kin Guest Services Llc and Stays Bookings Llc to help simplify the luxury of owning a vacation home and getting income from it. Our approach has always still been the same; treat every owner, guest and neighbor like a friend or family (Kith and Kin translates to friends and family). We pride ourselves on understanding the wants and needs of guests and exceeding basic standards. Our company was created to help alleviate any concerns and make your journey an enjoyable one.
