We booked our 2 night stay last minute and everything ran smoothly! The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults/ 5kids8-16yrs/2 dogs. It was clean and was exactly as described. We also rented the pontoon which was amazing! We will definitely be back!

Me and my wife’s family have been coming here for the past couple years and have always loved it. Spacious, fenced in yard, dock, close to town. And Shaun’s always been a great host!

We had a great time. It was so nice to bring our dogs. The outdoor space is amazing with a beautiful deck. Great view. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

The cottage was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. I had no problem cooking for our family of six plus three significant others. Loved the griddle on the gas stove. I’d brought my crockpot, but didn’t need to! There was one in the cupboard! The decks are wonderful with plenty of furniture for everyone to be able to sit. We were able to easily dock our pontoon. Our weather wasn’t the best so we weren’t on the dock or in the water nearly as much as we’d hoped to be. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and the beds were super comfy. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The cottage is in a nice little neighborhood that’s nice for taking walks rather on the busier East Lake Road. Everything was very clean. We all absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back again.

LakeView Oasis was exactly as described. Beautiful and peaceful view of the lake. House setup is very open and had room for all 12 of us. Enough open room in the basement for 2 VR headsets we brought when it was raining. Fenced in yard was great for our two german shepherd/lab mixes. The peace of mind to be able to sit outside and not worry about the dogs going into neighbor yards was fantastic. We rented the available pontoon boat and loved being able to go out on the water whenever we wanted to. A couple breweries nearby, grocery store, gas station, etc. Shaun and Suzi were quick to respond to my questions before the visit and we had no issues to report during our stay. Wonderful time and already booked to go back next year!

We had a wonderful stay! Our teenagers loved having their own space in the loft, and the walkout finished basement was perfect for entertaining on the patio. We loved that the yard was fenced in and private and our fur baby could run around without having to constantly worry about him running into a neighboring yard. Great house and great hosts!

We had 10 people and the group of young adults that stayed in the loft loved it! I liked the private bedroom being available on the opposite side of the house. :) The kayaks, canoe, life jackets, floating sling, video game w/PacMan & Galaga, spacious deck, balcony, fire pit, and parking spaces make this a great place to stay. I’ll definitely request it again.

Hosts were responsive, accommodating and kind. The house itself is in a beautiful location even in the winter weather. Very cozy interior. Home is in new condition and was the perfect quick weekend getaway for our group of 10 adults and 2 kids. Would return. Great first Airbnb experience.

The cottage was great for our Family of 6 with dogs. We used every inch and the kayaks too. It was just the right combination of a cottage feel with some upgraded amenities . You have to be able to clime stairs often and even handle a spiral one , but we always need a little exercise when enjoying vacation treats, right. It was a great week!

Our family had a wonderful time at Shaun's lakehouse. The property was awesome with great views from the decks and a big back yard for all the kids and their games. The inside was bright and sunny and had everything we needed. Shaun was a great host, always responded to any of my questions in a timely manner. It was such a fun stay - we would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time. Shaun was easy to work with. He was always very responsive and polite. The location and the view was exceptional. Having the boat rental on site was a plus and enjoyed our time on the lake. The only negative was that our stay was not long enough.

This place was great for our party of 10. Kid friendly and comfortable. We brought our boat and it was wonderful to have the dock right off the house. The water at the dock is about 2.5 feet deep which was shallow for our inboard but deep enough if going slow. The house is on a great spot on the lake near the park and was very quiet for us. We would happily stay here again.

Shaun’s place was perfect. I stayed for a reunion with my girlfriends. There was enough room for 9 of us. It was beautiful and clean. Shaun communicated ahead of time and was easy to get in touch with.

The house was lovely, well priced and huge! Only things I would suggest is ice to melt the snow as it was extremely icy and we all fell a few times trying to get in and out of the house, and there was no plunger to be found:( otherwise we had an amazing time! Thanks so much! We’d love to book again in the summer!

Hi Jaymi! Sorry about that. Salt was put down but apparently not enough. I should of told you the salt was next to garbage bins. Snow may have covered it. We will put extra plunger too there in case it’s lost. Safe travels! Shaun Hayes

Our experience at this property was excellent. Shaun was very friendly and helpful and always there to respond to any questions. Property was well kept and nicely furnished. Restaurants and shopping were nearby if needed. We enjoyed our stay. Would come back.

Some friends and I did our tradition of doing a Friendsgiving weekend on Lake Conesus. We had the pleasure of staying at Shaun’s home this year. The home is gorgeous with a statement piece of a spiral staircase leading up to the loft. It is a great home for entertaining with an open kitchen and dining room, basement/game room, and a large outdoor deck/patio. There are plenty of beds (2 bedrooms with large beds) as well as a loft with several other beds. There are pull out couches as well that are very comfortable too! Kitchen is stocked with everything you would need cooking wise (pots, pans… etc). The backyard is beautiful and leads right down to the lake where there is a campfire pit as well. Would be a great home for a family or a group of friends to stay at! Shaun was also very quick to answer any questions that we had. I would recommend this home to everyone. It was such a pretty home on a beautiful part of the lake. Will be staying here again for sure!
