Keuka Lake Views, Pool, Fenced yard for everyone
Step into this home and you will immediately see the splendid view of Keuka Lake from the large open kitchen and living room. To the left of the living room you will notice the large formal dining area, perfect for your family gathering. Relax and enjoy that new favorite bottle of local wine and spirits. Ideally located near the Point of the Bluff Vineyard, Dr, Franks's, Bully Hill, Krookid Tusker and so much more. Both bedrooms are on the main floor of this home while the second floor houses the second bathroom and laundry area. This spacious home is a great place to relax and unwind both inside and outdoors. There is an inground swimming pool that will most likely for your enjoyment by July 1. Just off the living room is a deck offering a BBQ grill, seating, and of course, the most perfect view of Keuka Lake. Wander the 10-acre property where there is plenty of space for your outdoor activities. Please note the perimeters are fenced.
1. No pets allowed in the pool.
2. Bathing suits only in the swimming pool no colored T-shirts no denim shorts.
3. We do not provide beach towels you will need to supply your own. Please do not take our white linens to the pool.
4. Please take bag trash to the receptacles at the end of the driveway.
5. Check-in is at 4 PM checkout is at 10 AM.. due to the volume and the time it takes to turn over this Home we cannot allow for early check-in’s in the busy season

We had a wonderful stay at Shaun’s. The house and amenities were just as described. I want to call out that during our stay we had a minor issue with the pool and Shaun had someone out at the house the same day! He was very communicative and helpful! Had a fantastic experience at Shaun’s Airbnb and would stay here again. The location is super convenient and perfect for visiting nearby wineries and restaurants, stopping into Hammondsport, or enjoying time on Keuka lake. My friends and I had a fabulous time staying at Shaun’s house for a long weekend and wine touring. The location is easy to get to, and we can’t say enough how gorgeous the area is, with the view of the lake. We loved hanging out outside drinking wine and enjoying the pool. There was an issue with the door lock initially, but Shaun was super responsive and made sure there was a back up plan with gaining access to the house. The house is cozy and super comfortable.
