Lakefront Penthouse Apartment

The Penthouse at Conesus Lake, NY was Absolutely perfect! Just the view alone is worth staying here! The convenience of having a restaurant/bar/grill/entertainment on the weekends and Volleyball league games to watch during the week. Boat slips to rent if you have a boat, and/ local company you can rent from if you want to boat yourself. There's so many things to do nearby, and many choices for other dinning. Personally, I'm from the Livingston County area and always love staying at Conesus Lake when I go home for visits. Great Value, even if you have to go up/down 30 stairs every day, that's actually a bonus for exercise!! Perfect place, lots of space and sitting on the balcony for Sunrise and Moonrise, so enjoyable!

This place was a magnificent place right on the water with beautiful views. The owner M.A. was super responsive, kind, thoughtful and incredibly welcoming and literally a magnificent host. This experience was a 20 out of 10. I will definitely be back and it can't come soon enough. This was one of my all time favorite stays anywhere. Terrific all around. Many thanks for such a great stay and amazing weekend.

We loved our stay! The air conditioning worked wonderfully and we were able to keep the inside nice and cool over the scorching weekend - which was essential for me as I'm 8 months pregnant. The rental unit is like new, the Beachcomber restaurant next door had an amazing fish fry. We ordered to-go, did the 30 second walk back to the unit and brought the boxes right on the back patio to enjoy. Though Shaun handles the booking, all communication about the unit and our stay was through the property owner Mary Alice. She was very responsive and answered all of our questions, showed us around the unit and where we could find all the ammeneties. I definitely recommend this place!

Great location on Conseus Lake, beautiful deck area and access to other outdoor amenities. Bar/Restaurant next door featured live acoustic music which added to enjoyment

Our stay at this 3-bedroom lakefront penthouse was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the panoramic views of Conesus Lake visible through the expansive windows and from the spacious balcony. The penthouse is beautifully appointed—clean and very comfortable. The open-concept living area made it perfect for relaxing with family, while the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home. Each bedroom was cozy and private, especially the master suite with its own lake view. Waking up to that scenery each morning was amazing! The location couldn’t be better—right on the water, with easy access for kayaking. It’s close enough to local wineries, hiking trails, and charming small towns, yet peaceful and secluded for a true escape. Highly recommend this penthouse.
