Paradise Cove Villa Keuka Lake

Location is what makes this home worth every penny. Stunning views directly on the water. Lots of steps and levels within the home. Kitchen amenities were somewhat lacking (no baking pans) but had plenty of plates, cups, pots/pans…. Beds & furniture was very comfy. Shaun was very responsive and replied to our few issues we had.

Shaun was quick to reply from the very beginning of booking the house. The house was perfect for our group of 10 adults, and we all thoughts the beds were very comfortable. The lake views from the house or the dock were spectacular and we would absolutely book this house again for a future trip to Keuka Lake!

Shaun’s place was amazing! There was more than plenty of room for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) to stay comfortably. We really enjoyed all the different outdoor areas and the direct lake access. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing space for a larger group!

The property (like many airbnb listings) is in need of some maintenance, but overall it's a great vacation spot. Fantastic views of the lake, great swimming, many places for a large group to spread out and/or congregate. Lots of things to do in the vicinity (hiking, biking, wineries, etc.). Overall 10 out of 10 vacation.

Shaun was an excellent host. Our group fit in the house nicely and you couldn’t beat the location. Would strongly recommend anyone who wants to visit Keuka to take a look at this great place.

We had a fantastic stay here! A lovely house with tons of room for two families to share. Kids loved the bunk beds! This was probably the most well stocked Airbnb I’ve ever been to, it had absolutely everything we could want or need in the kitchen and throughout. Perfect location, very spacious lakefront space and docks, just ideal! Thank you, Shaun! We hope to return!

The home was very clean and we had an easy and early check in which was fantastic! The location is beautiful and is quite secluded for being on the lake. I was very impressed with the amount of amenities already supplied at the cottage such as paper towels, toilet paper, and lots of towels and beach towels as well as other things. There was a beautiful fire pit and a brand new dock. Shaun was very responsive to any questions I had! I would definitely recommend this cottage to others!

We had a wonderful family vacation! Loved all the picture-perfect spots on the property…parking was a challenge, we had 4 cars. Loved the cozy fire pit area at night.

Unique property, great location, excellent swimming situation. We had an absolutely great time. Like a lot of airbnb properties, this one is in need of a bit of maintenance, but the overall arrangement of the place is really fun. Lots of different places to spread out and take in the views. The diving board was a huge hit. One thing to be aware of, there are a LOT of steps both inside outside, so definitely not recommended for anyone with any kind of mobility, knee, or heart/lung issues.

We just spent our family vacation at Paradise Cove-6 adults, 2 kids ages 10 and 8, and 1 dog. Lovely spot with lots of room to spread out. Had a great time swimming off dock (wear water shoes for rocky bottom), used kayaks provided with rental, rented a pontoon boat from nearby boat livery and went tubing. We were able to dock boat overnight at the house. Kids loved separate bedroom area with bunk beds and lots of books and games. Enjoyed s'mores on beach patio area with nice furniture and gas fire pit. House location is peaceful and quiet, yet only 10-15 minutes away from restaurants, wineries, parks, shops, boat livery, and groceries. We experienced a weather-induced internet outage and a brief water outage. In both cases the host was extremely responsive and followed up with the authorities and repair people to resolve the issues quickly.

Shaun was very responsive and professional. Home was clean and accommodated our extended family comfortably. Suggest including a guest information book to include labeled parking instructions and various details of the overall operation of home, also suggest additional covered trash containers.

Shaun was easy to work with, and extremely friendly. A few unforseen issues came up but Shaun was immediately responsive and professional which made for quick fixes. Was a fun place for a long weekend at the lake.

Lovely, newly renovated home at a great spot on the lake I love. High end appliances and well stocked kitchen. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. We had a great visit!
