We absolutely LOVED this home! It has a welcoming and peaceful vibe…we didn’t want to leave, lol. The house is so beautiful with tons of natural light, high ceilings, wood floors, comfortable beds, big kitchen, and of course…Conesus Lake and its peace and beauty. We loved being able to sit on the enclosed back porch to enjoy the lake view without concern of the weather. The master bedroom with the balcony and lake view…perfect! Shaun was super responsive to my questions and everything was seamless. I’m trying to figure out when we can go back 😊.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lake house! The home was spotless and exactly as described, with a super comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking easy and enjoyable. Everything was clean and thoughtfully set up, and the peaceful lakefront location made for a perfect relaxing getaway.

Perfect location for families with little kids. Long Point Park is right across the street, just walk to the park, no car needed.

We needed a place to stay for our twins’ graduation at Geneseo. We actually laughed when we thought about where we had stayed when we dropped them off four years earlier because it pailed in comparison. The house was beautiful, the location was exceptional and it was so convenient to the university as well as restaurants and stores. I wish we had known about this place earlier. We highly recommend it!

Great place on the west side of Lake Conesus. Great access to Genesco, Avon and Rochester. View north out of the master suite is beyond expectations. Nice full size windows allow full view of the lake. Huge mirror and counter in main upstairs bath. Loved the kitchen/dining table and the Tommy Hilfiger throw on the couch.

This is a beautiful property, completely updated and new. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was large and well-equipped. There was plenty of coffee, toilet paper and other amenities (not always the case with rentals). Shaun was very responsive and helpful. We stayed in the winter, but it looks like a great summer venue, right on the lake. We would love to stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cottage. Very easy to find; directly next to long point park!! Grandkids loved to walk right into the water which is ideal for a lakefront home. We had fires by the water at night and all bedrooms were comfortable. Shaun was a great host as usual, I look forward to coming back in the summer time!
