Sip and Social Suite in Penn Yan New York

This was a really great apartment right in the center of town. It was immaculately clean, well equipped, and pleasantly decorated. We were in the area for a wedding and everything was so convenient--walking distance to the stores, shops, and restaurants. It really enhanced our stay.

Great spot for a small group to stay for any reason. Very walkable with good access to restaurants/shopping

We had a great stay!! The downtown strip had plenty to do and several restaurants within a close walking distance. The property was secure and we loved the layout. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Very beautiful apartment in prime downtown Penn Yan location while still having privacy.

Loved the area! Close to Keuka lake wineries. Lots of fun places to eat & drink. We were confused on overnight parking location, luckily a friendly cop assisted us as the condo is located next door to the police station.

Hi! Thank you for the great review! This apartment is new to bookings and we will look into how to make it more clear where to park. Thank you! Hope to have you back! :)

Clear instructions, clean and comfortable with a responsive host. Area was quaint and busy during the day, mostly quiet during the night.

Shaun was a perfect host! The apartment was wonderful, parking was easy, and it was close to everything you could want or need while on vacation.
