Sunset Retreat on Conesus Lake

Shaun’s place was exactly how it looked in pictures. Very clean, open, excellent views, beds were comfy, plenty of anything needed. Shaun was very responsive!! Thank you so much! We loved it!

We were a family of six and were very comfortable. We spent the entire weekend on site and enjoyed the property very much. Communication with the property manager was great. How could you not be happy being right on the lake !

We spent a great week at the Sunset Retreat. It was clean and very spacious. There were ample towels and cupboard storage space. We enjoyed the upper deck in the mornings for coffee and the bar in the basement in the evenings for a drink and watching the sunset. It was very nice to have the lower access for coming off the lake in the afternoon. It was a huge plus having the second fridge in the basement. Nice having the small patio in the front where the grill was. Only downfall was the lack of AC in all the bedrooms and boat cleats on the dock. A double bed would have been nice in the one bedroom instead of bunk beds. Kind of hard for an adult to climb the bunk ladder. Otherwise we had a great stay with a very good chance we will stay again. Thank you Shaun!

We had a great experience at this cottage. The house was beautiful, fully furnished and looked just like the pictures posted in the listing. Shaun was very responsive and helpful throughout our experience. We enjoyed working with him and will definitely rent from him again.

Nice, clean & updated property. Enter via mud room w laundry & small full bath. Next is kitchen dining living rooms. Sliding doors to a deck enclosed w railings & gate. Two large trees provide some protection from afternoon sun. Upstairs 3 bedrooms & en suite bath. Master is good size inclu small walk-in closet. Master bath is clean & nice. Other 2 bedrooms had little road noise. Mattresses very comfortable. Note A/C unit is in master bedroom so upstairs is cooled by leaving door open. Lower level has small TV/bar room w extra fridge and full bath. Door leads to outside sitting area beneath deck w chairs & sunshade. Small but nice lake side lawn. This lawn also fenced such that my small dog was able to roam freely the entire property from lake to road side lawn. However larger dogs or dogs who like to escape may find a way. Long dock was great any time of day and we caught a few fish. Overall this is a clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and landscaped property. Highly recommend.
