We stayed for two nights and wished it would have been longer. Stunning view from the balcony from sunrise to sunset. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This condominium unit in Bristol New York was very clean extremely well stocked great little amenities as soap, shampoo and cream. Everything working wonderfully as in all appliances, furnace, air conditioning, sliding glass doors and windows and screens. Just an overall five star rating to Shaun and the team. I did mention to Shaun He needs a little work on the carpets and that was it! thank you very much and we will possibly look into renting it again thank you Shaun🙏✌️🇺🇸

This was our 2nd time staying here and I plan to book again. It’s a great location on the lake and also close to skiing. The apartment has gorgeous views of the lake and we enjoyed just hanging out on the balcony with drinks and playing cards. The apartment was clean with everything we needed for an easy stay with our 2 kids. Big enough to spread out but cozy enough that we were still able to spend time together. Shaun is always responsive with a question. Booking and check in were easy and uncomplicated. Ditto checking out.

Enjoyed staying at this lakeside condo. Wanted some quiet & down time; exactly what was there with downtown Naples & Canandaigua short drives away. Didn’t get to use the beach but took advantage of several of the recommended places to visit and found them all excellent. Shaun was a quick and responsive host whenever I had questions. The deck has an amazing view; we didn’t get to use it as much as the weather didn’t cooperate but can see the appeal found in the pictures. Great stay!

If I could give this a 10 start review I would! The service provided to my family was white gloved. The home was a bit out dated but the view made up for it! Truly a beautiful get away that I will be doing again!

This property has been in our family since it was built, and we’ve made a conscious choice to preserve some of its vintage character and original elements. While it has a retro feel, we work hard to ensure it’s also updated where matters and always spotlessly clean and well cared for. We totally get it may not be everyone’s style. But we at the lakeside pine have a soft spot for avocado 🥑

This is a perfect lakeside condo- spacious rooms, incredible view, very well equipped with everything you might need for a family vacation. The hosts are exceptional and were very accommodating. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Beautiful, peaceful location with amazing views. Place was very clean, well stocked and even some extra touches (like coffee!) that was greatly appreciated. My only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer. Next time!

It rained on the first morning. A beautiful rainbow appeared for awhile. It disappeared and returned as a double rainbow. The view was awesome! Loved the blankets for the chilly mornings! Thank you for hosting!

What a gorgeous view of Lake Canandaigua from the balcony! The property is in a perfect location, too. So many restaurants, state parks, wineries, and marinas within a 30-40 minute drive. Thank you, Shaun, for an amazing vacation in the Finger Lakes!

Fantastic view and spacious condo. Had everything we needed. So serene to sit on the patio and drink coffee every morning. The condo had Lots of games for the kids which I loved! Easy parking and easy access for checkin.

Shaun's place on the water was amazing - the views are absolutely spectacular and allowed us to relax, truly slow down, and enjoy the beauty of the Finger Lakes. I recommend it as a great place with enough space for a family or a few people. The apartment was also SPOTLESS. Will definitely be looking to come back for a weekend recharge!! Thank you, Shaun!!

This condo was large, spacious and welcoming. The large balcony overlooking the lake is a wonderful place to spend your time. It was very clean and well equipped. Linens and amenities were excellent. We would recommend and come back for a return stay.

Stunning views of the lake. Because we were visiting in December, it wasn't warm enough to enjoy the large terrace but I imagine that is a perfect spot to relax on a warm afternoon or to watch the sunset. Overall the space was very clean and well appointed. It was a great set up for our family with kids with an open floor and the apartment was actually much bigger than it looked in the photos. I am a fan of midcentury modern decor so I appreciated all the vintage touches while my kids enjoyed the games and toys. The location is about 15-20 minutes from Canandaigua and Naples though it is very close the Heron Hill winery and the tiny hamlet of Cheshire which is very charming with a small grocery/deli/ antiques store that is worth a stop on your way to Canandaigua. The hosts were also very responsive, getting back to me almost immediately when questions came up. Overall a good experience and we would definitely book it again.

The beautiful Lakeside Pine view and interior enhanced our stay of retreat, renewal and rest. Light reflected inside crystals along a fine library collection. Our host provided well for every need.

House was just as described on Airbnb. Kitchen was stocked good, coffee pods were even there when we got there (although not sure if they were left from previous guests). Entire house was very clean. View is spectacular . Water and hot water was on when we got there, even though initial instructions stated that we may have turn it on. Only suggestions would be to be more specific on where to throw out the garbage. It is in a garage type building located in the parking area.

Shaun's place was very nicely appointed & stocked and comfortably spacious for our family. We loved the beautiful views of the lake spanning the entire unit. Our kids loved the toys and games in the place & the small private beach (located a short drive away). The condo is a bit removed from main attractions like Watkins Glen (an hour away) and some of the other falls/hikes and wineries nearer to Seneca Lake and Ithaca (an hour and a half away). The various falls and hikes and wineries are gorgeous and worth the drive and we had the view of the lake to begin and end the day so it worked well for us. One note is that there are a few extra cleaning expectations (compared to the average Air BnB) but Shaun was very responsive when we couldn't find items for checkout and helped us through the process. The WiFi can be spotty and cell phones don't tend to work outside the apartment (reception is possible once you drive a few miles away). Overall, though, a nice place to relax and unplug.

Shaun was super responsive and easygoing. Condo was beautifully decorated and well-appointed. A truly lovely space with beautiful views. My only complaint: major wasp situation on balcony/patio area made it impossible to enjoy during morning/afternoon. They appeared to be everywhere, not just this condo. Despite this, would absolutely stay here again.

It was a quick weekend for a family event. The balcony overlooking the lake was amazing. A great place to sit and unwind. The kitchen is well supplied, beds comfortable, and the whole place is thoughtfully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay.
