The home was small but exactly what we needed as our priority was to be able to keep our boat on the lake to avoid boat launch chaos. The boat house was really cute and had plenty of outside seating for a few day guests.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was great, and the host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The only area that could use some improvement was the sleeping accommodations. We found the bed to be uncomfortable, and pillows weren’t very supportive. Updating those would make an already great stay even better. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would recommend this Airbnb to others.

It was great little place to stay on the water. Funky and sweet. Small but good for two. We enjoyed sitting on the dock drinking our coffee in the morning. Clean space and lots of towels for showers and dunks in the lake. Wish we had time for a paddle.

Right on the lake! Just so peaceful you can look out over the lake while you enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the edge of the dock. The lake was beautiful and clean great for swimming great for kayaking. The Airbnb was wonderfully located perfectly equipped the only criticism if you can call it, that would be the pressure in the shower was low.

Happy to find the Boat House available on short notice for a quick visit with our son's family. With it's convenient location, we've wanted to stay before and it's always been booked. We felt lucky for our stay in this special rental and were comfortable during our visit, enjoying sunsets from the patio and dock.

This little lakefront boathouse was exactly what we needed for our stay on Conesus Lake. Cozy, well-kept, and perfectly located with an incredible view right on the water. The dock, fire pit, grill, and all the extra touches made it easy to relax and enjoy the lake life. One of the hidden gems nearby is the general store — fantastic breakfast and hands down some of the best fresh apple cider donuts we’ve ever had. You’re also just a short drive to a couple great restaurants and close to Geneseo, which made it a perfect home base. Great spot, great service, and a place we’d absolutely come back to.

Want a wonderful place to stay on the lake. Quiet, great location and host was quick to respond to any questions from beginning to end. it was a great vacation for us and we loved the area. We can't wait to return.
