This place was incredibly comfortable! Everything was spotless, modern, and updated. Light sleepers may want to be aware of some ambient noise from the house and street, but overall, it's a great stay.

I loved this rental and I was genuinely sad to leave after my stay! Absolutely perfect location for anyone in the medical field or needing to be close to Strong Memorial or Highland Hospitals. Shaun was a great host and was quick to respond every time I reached out. The unit itself is wonderful, especially for solo travelers or a couple. The bed is so comfortable, the back porch is peaceful, the washer/dryer combo in unit were large and up to date, and the tv in the living room is huge! The only thing to be aware of is that the walls are thin and it can be easy to hear the neighbors in the other unit in the house, particularly if they are loud. Overall I greatly enjoyed my stay and will happily return the next time I visit Rochester!

One of the best AirBnb’s in Rochester! The location is super convenient - literally 15 min from everything and right next to both the U of R and Highland Park (where they hold the Lilac festival). It’s super close to a number of Rochester culinary classics - such as the Elmwood Inn and the original Distillery. The apartment is super clean and has all the modern appliances. The bed is very comfortable. The TV is massive in the best way. The hosts are friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

The place was very comfortable and welcoming, as well as completely matched description and pictures on the listing. This was a great home base for walking to campus as well as getting work done while at the unit. I really loved the huge tv for nights I needed to relax.

I’m not normally a review person but thought I would on this place. Im the type of renter who deep dives on reviews before renting so was excited to find what appears to be a newly renovated place, but a little nervous about so few reviews. My concerns quickly disappeared. Couldn’t be happier with my short stay. I’m 6’4 so bed quality is important, it delivered. Lovely duvet and sheets. All new appliances (I tend to cook at home when I rent). Loved the huge new TV and super cozy couch. Ticks all the boxes. Will 100% book again.

As there were no prior reviews, I was a bit skeptical of booking this unit. But after having been there, I could not be more impressed and was glad I took the chance! The space is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The furnishings are stylish and cozy and the kitchen is well stocked for those wanting to stay in and cook. The location is fantastic. I was in town for a meeting at Strong Hospital. I was able to walk there in probably less time than it would take to park. The host was incredibly communicative. Check in was a breeze and they made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I highly recommend this unit to anyone, especially those in the medical field spending time at Strong. I’ll definitely be back!
