Lake It Easy

The house is beautiful and front lake with a nice balcony overseeing the lake. The house is meticulously clean, very convenient and pleasant. 10 minutes drive from Geneva with other restaurants near and plenty of wineries, breweries , and cideries near by. Great choice, and wonderful vacation. Shaun was very responsive and Al the vacation went very smooth. Would love to come back.

Shaun’s house is absolutely beautiful. It’s spotless and the view from the deck and the dock is breathtaking. Everything you need to cook and clean is readily available. He left an adorable basket with treats on the counter. We all felt right at home and hope to visit again soon!

Close proximity to Geneva, Watkins Glenn and various wineries and restaurants! Easy, level access to the house compared to other places we have stayed on Seneca Lake. We have stayed at places on both Seneca and Cayuga Lakes when we come back to visit the finger lakes and this home was updated and the owner mentioned they have plans for a new deck and expansion for another master suite and game room. We would gladly go back to this rental, by far. One of the best we have seen on Seneca Lake at this price point.

The airbnb was beautiful very well maintained and to be honest better than the pictures. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the overall vibe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Shaun as a host was very prompt and helped us with even the slightest query. The property is very close to Geneva & Penn Yann so you have access to some of the best restaurants around the area. I would highly recommend this airbnb to people visiting this area.

We had a wonderful time at Lake-It-Easy!! Easy to find, plenty of parking, beautiful dock which we fished from, and a beautiful house! Everything was excellent!!!! We look forward to a return trip in the future!!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious lake home. The amenities were perfect and there was plenty of parking for guests. The decor was nicely placed and the home was very tastefully decorated. All linens were like new and comfy. Having a washer/dryer on site is a bonus. We were greeted with a beautiful Welcome Basket filled with coffee pods, snacks and S’mores’ fixings. We will definitely recommend this lake home!!

This home was perfect for our end of the summer get away. Our family of 5 (kids 20, 18, 16) felt right at home. The space has lots of natural light and feels so welcoming. The beds and couch were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. They have thought of everything! But the best part of this house is the deck and dock. They are set up to maximize the view of the lake. The deck has comfortable furniture to enjoy any time of the day, especially early mornings with a cup of coffee. We also enjoyed eating dinner outside at the large table. The dock has comfortable chairs to hang out in and the kayaks and paddle board are great additions to take advantage of. We even enjoyed a campfire with the almost full moon shining over the lake. This was our first trip to the Finger Lakes and this location was perfect. There’s so much to do in the area. I highly recommend this house!

I LOVED this house! The views were incredible and the most relaxing set up. I had never been to Seneca Lake before and I can’t wait to go back. We were in town for a wedding and the house was only 5 mins from Belhurst Castle. Super easy to get to wineries in the area too. We loved the fire pit in the evenings and the deck in the mornings!
